Order

1. Charge is non-negotiable.
2. Customers are required to provide sample garment with exact measurements or fill the measurement input form and we will stitch as per those measurements only.
3. Customers are requested to sign the order form with design and preferences mentioned on it as agreed design and preference at the time of our executive visit your place for order pickup.
4. We have provided approximate price of stitching on our website, actual price of stitching may vary based on design and accessories, our designer team will provide you exact pricing before stitching and amount mentioned on the Invoice at the time of delivery will be considered as final payable amount.
5. Minimum order amount of ₹ 699.00 is required for free pickup and delivery with in Port Blair Municipal area. If the minimum order is not met then a convenience charge of minimum ₹ 69.00 is levied on order.
6. Any order cancelled by customer after fabric being picked up will result in payment of ₹ 150 as pickup and dropping charge.
7. An Alteration order (i.e. An alteration as an order by customer) will not qualify for a free alteration and charges will be discussed by our team once we receive Alteration order.
8. in does not keep customer garments for more than 15 days due to non-payment/partial payment. Any garment pending for more than 30 days for non-payment/partial payment will be donated to a charity unless it is an informed delay in acceptance of the delivery.
9. Any order that you place shall be subject to the restrictions and limitations not limited to, product availability and serviceable areas only.

Delivery

1. Pick-ups and delivery are generally done between 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat) and Standard delivery time is 07-10 working days. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays.
2. Delivery Date of an order is calculated from the date of order was picked and not on the date order was placed.
3. Free delivery is applicable only on first attempt at delivery. Please have someone available to receive the delivery in your absence. If you want to reschedule the delivery, please call us or drop message on WhatsApp 4 days in advance to change the delivery date.

Alterations

1. If the stitched garment is not as per the measurements of sample garment or measurement entered in order form, we will alter at free of cost if request is placed within one week of delivery by sending a mail to in@gmail.comor contacting us at 70 71 75 78 79. after 1^st alteration pickup and delivery charge will be applicable.
2. Off cuts will be thrown away unless the client requests to keep them.

Pricing & Refund

1. We offer no refunds in any case, as we in custom-made services. According to international law, as we cannot reuse or resell the product or services (the item having been especially made for the individual according to their custom design), there is no resale value, and thus we are not required to accept returns of product or services.
2. Prices for our service/product are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products or the Service.

Express Delivery

1. Please refer to below information for Express delivery charge if you require your delivery sooner than our regular delivery time. Delivery Date will be calculated from the date of order is picked up and not the date of order placing.

Any changes after garment gone under production or fully developed or partially developed will be at the sole discretion of stitchforyou.in and hold rights to accept or decline changes, causing no financial stress on the organisation.
